This section has been prepared to provide designers, local authorities and builders with some standard design details for reinforced concrete masonry retaining walls. It has been updated from the previous version to account for the revision to the Masonry Design Standard NZS 4230:2004, the introduction of AS/NZS 1170 Design Action Standards, and revisions to other related standards.
